Just a busy day where I was realizing I needed to eat way later than I should.
Breakfast: 1 boiled roasted chicken breast that Kevin didn't finish the night before pulled apart to make chicken tacos with green leaf lettuce as the shell topped with mustard and chili paste
snack: 2 pieces of dagoba chocolate in xocolatl it is dark chocolate with cocoa nibs and chile's in it, yum!
Snack: 1/2 a grapefruit
Snack: 1 TBSP of almond butter
Lunch: Protein shake half and half mix of milk kefir and almond milk, jay Robb protein powder, frozen strawberries
Snack, half a banana with almond butter smeared on it.
Dinner: Stir fried Kale, baby bok choi, mushrooms, onions and bean sprouts in coconut oil with shaved beef, topped with chili paste and Walden farms bold and spicy ( DS Loved this stuff too)
Snack: half a Popsicle
So Dinner was ridiculously huge. I had a full size bag of bean sprouts from the farmers market, half a bag of baby Bella mushrooms from farmers market, 1 whole bag of chopped up kale from BJ's, and 1 1lb bag of baby bok choy from farmers market, a 9oz steak that was mostly frozen so I could cut it nice and thin, oh and half an onion, this made a GIANT pan and I had to cook everything in batches, out of all of it once it was cooked I am pretty sure I ate 2/3 of it. It was soooo good. Don't let picture sizes full you, it was alot of greens.
