Ok, so today was a pretty uneventful day for food.
Brunch: 3 boiled eggs
Dinner: 1 jay robb milk kefir and almond milk shake with frozen peaches, strawberry, pineapple and mango
Total water was only 64oz
I dont know what it was but I wasnt very hungry at all today which is very very unlike me. Everytime I heard someone on tv mention food. I thought to myself, oh that sounds soo good, but honestly I had to force myself to drink the shake. I just wasnt in the mood for food I guess. The funny thing is though. If I wasnt watching what I was eating and even though I wasnt hungry had there been things in the house like chocolate, burritos, chips, pizza and or pizza rolls, I am more than positive I would have eaten them just cuz they sounded good and I am sure they woulda smelled awesome. Definately makes me think about how much I eat when I really dont want nor need to.
