Day 8, 1st weigh in (August 13, 2012)

Hooray, it was a good morning despite aunt Flo coming to visit, and in the off chance my aunt Flo actually stumbles across my blog, "Not you Tia!" So roll of the drums please while we step on the scale......
Hooray 17.6lbs down and 25 more to go till my 1st goal!

So despite the fact I am still retaining water, and mega bloated due to aunt Flo, and craving salt and dying for chocolate, I did lose a great deal for week 1. Now hopefully Week two will be as good. I did have a bad day though with the constant cravings.

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs

Snack: boiled egg

Snack: sliced apple


Snack: handful of pecans


Snack: Wasa cracker

Lunch: Salad with cottage cheese, salad shrimp, radishes and celery.


Snack: crusts with peanutbutter off my sons, sammich, pieces of his banana and fruit he didnt eat, and some steamed carrots he didnt finish. was a total of maybe 3 baby carrots


Snack:  half a grapefruit


Snack: 1 boiled chicken breast


Snack: 2 squares of chili chocolate


Snack: half a popsicle


Dinner: A roasted chicken breast with brussles sprouts


Snack, okay, so there were no more snacks, but I wanted and still want to eat more. I am craving like mad today and I am more than positive it is because of the time of the month. Le sigh. You would think that the great week woulda helped stay away from all of this munchies. It was a bad day for wanting to constantly eat but I dont think I did too bad with the munchies choices I made. I cant wait till next Monday to see the next weigh in. Nite All!
