I am soo tired today. Not feeling well at all with out drinking as much water as I should be even today was hard and I am starting to feel it. I only got in 64 oz today and that was barely.
Breakfast: 4 egg scramble with nutritional yeast and chili paste and 1 bunch of baby bok choi steamed with alittle lucas
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs
Dinner: cucumber noodles, 1 boiled egg, rinsed cottage cheese ( I thought our cottage cheese was too watery so I just rinsed it entirely), topped with 2T of homemade raspberry vinaigrette and topped with gomasio and roasted black sesame seeds ( surprised me that even my son LOVED this and ate a good bit with me.
All mixed up together and sprinkled with alittle roasted black sesame seed.
Just a very long day and still not enough water and it is affecting my milk production. I am just having a hard time getting myself to drink and I don't know why. Hoping for a decent new week weigh in. Wish me luck for the morning despite the horrible things I have done this week. Pictures for yesterday will come in a few days. I had to take the pics on my phone and forgot to send myself the photos first so I have no way to get the photos out since i got a new phone.
