Fun filled day of boredom
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Snack: apple with a sliced apple and maybe 4 Tablespoons of homemade almond butter and cinnamon
Lunch: Leftover veggies from the stir fry the night before with 2 poached eggs on top and chili paste
Snack: half a fruit Popsicle
Dinner: 1 jayrobb shake mix with 16oz total, half milk kefir and half almond milk, other half of frozen Popsicle
Snack: 1/2 cup of cold chocolate steel cut oats with salted caramel sugar free syrup,(that stuff is satan)
Snack: 2 pieces of dagoba chocolate in xocolatl it is dark chocolate with cocoa nibs and chiles in it, yum!
Soooo... Yeah... I eat alot of eggs, I realized that something so small and simple can help me when I am going through the worst of cravings, they give me energy, they take away the cravings sometimes and even hunger pangs. That or a spoonful of nut butter. Or sometimes I mistake hunger pangs for actual thirst, because many times I can just drink a big ole 32 glass of water and feel full and not really want anything else at all.
I feel like the cravings I am getting now are just a desire to eat. It is getting alittle easier but I still have make or break moments. I keep telling myself I want to be able to do little things, like cross my legs, or see my toes. So far I am proud that I have almost made it through my second week. This week indeed has flown by and I find that crazy. I pray this gets easier cuz there have been too many days where I have though, i don't want to do this, I really just want to eat... Insert food item here. I keep telling myself that once it is all completely out of my system I will feel so much better and the cravings will go away completely like they did the first time.
