Day 18 (August 23, 2012)
OKay so today was a cheat real bad due to cravings day however, I did it as healthy as I possibly could. I made several bars of coconut oil chocolate candys, I took about 5 or 6 cups of frozen fruit and 4 bananas and made it all into ice cream, so pretty much all day I ate ice cream and chocolate from breakfasy, snacks, lunch and dinner. Although I was getting tired of the frozen fruit by late night so I made a protien shake with almond milk and milk kefir so I had some sort of protien for the day since all ate was fruit all day. though i did have a few pics this time.
