Day 2 (August 7 2012)

Yesterday went rather well despite the fact I was very tired all day and neither of the kids wanted to cooperate with me.

Breakfast 2 boiled eggs


snack: cold oatmeal topped with almond slivers and fresh diced 1/2 peach from Bush n vine and a touch of vanilla stevia ( I LOOVE cold oatmeal as a snack or dessert, especially if it is steal cut, it has the same consitancy as tapioca pudding and you can flavor accordingly)


Lunch: Asian slaw with lime and sesame seeds and sauteed tilapia and lefteover homemade dressing


Snack: 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of chicken bone stock flavored with cilantro and chili paste, ginger and lime

Dinner: the rest of the huge bunch of Pak Choi with mostly stems and beef steamed together and served with chili paste and lime and threw in the remaining stock i didnt finish to help with the steaming, was very tasty.


Dessert, Fresh Fruit Sunday made with frozen strawberries, 4 cubes of coconut milk (full fat from a can organic), 1 banana and a pineapple spear. Here is the link to my video on how this was made:  http://youtu.be/aR0YTv5Jum0



 Was alittle hungry today but every time I thought I was starving and wanted to indulge in the kitchen I drank a full 32 oz of water first and by then the urge has passed. by the end of day i felt satisfied. Now I want to put a disclaimer out here first because this is gonna make a huge difference to each person with water. Right now I have been drinking a gallon of water each day for now going on day 3. I am STILL holding ALOT of water. I am not sure how each person can tell this, for me I can feel it in my hands and feet and my joints hurt to pt pressure on them. Also my rings tend to not fit me and I not only feel bloated but i can press on certain spots on my legs and it will leave an impression on my fingerprint like a well and it takes a long time to for it to go away, several minutes. I am not going to say what my weight is nor post my daily pictures, but the weight I have dropped is already substantial in only a few days. ( I am on day 3 currently but post dating this blog since i was to tired to do it last night) Right now i am not losing any fat, I am only shedding the excess water weight I am holding on to and I know that these results are not typical for MANY people. For me, I haven't been drinking ANY water for a long time and I have been indulging in salty foods something awful as of late, to the point where it hurts my lower body just to stand. This will even itself out eventually after dropping the water.

I did remember to take all of my measurements however and while I wont do these weekly, I will do them every 15 or 30 days if I can remember to. Don't ever lose sight of you main goal. Getting healthy, Loosing weight is also not about just loosing weight, it is also very much about losing inches.
