Day 16 (August 21, 2012)

been busy trying to get my house cleaned and spending a ton of time working with my kids. i haven't had much time for anything.

Breakfast: grapefruit and poached egg with chili paste

Snack: half apple with almond butter and 2 oz of goat cheese

Lunch: a bowl of muscadines purple and green, 1 small roasted chicken breast, 4 cubes white cheddar, 1/4 cup of walnuts

snack:2 boiled eggs

snack:3 squares homemade chocolate

snack: other half of apple with almond butter and cinnamon

Dinner: Large salad with ham, boiled eggs, rotisserie chicken, shredded manchego, tomato, radish and celery topped with gomasio and apple cider vinegar and avocado
