Monday morning and the second week weigh in. Dreaded scale drum roll please.....
I expected a much smaller loss this week due to the serious lack of water and back meal choices. I am hoping it does continue to go down though, I am soo close to being out of the 270's now hip hip hooray!
I don't have many pictures today as I had a protein shake for breakfast an lunch cuz I haven't been really all that hungry and was on the road a bit so not much time to pack anything. I just made a large one and then sipped on it most of the day.
Breakfast: Jay Robb shake
Lunch: Jay Robb Shake oh and 3 lettuce leaf tacos stuffed with manchego and avocado
Dinner: Uber large salad with 1 rotisserie chicken breast, 100 grams of avocado, baby spring mix and acv sprinkled with gomasio.
And happily today i got in 1 1/2 gallons of water.
