Well it has been a good while since I have been on here but I wanted to update saying that indeed I am still on the right path. I regret to inform that I am currently however in the longest plateau I have been in for a very long time. My morning weigh in this morning was 264.2. In one months time I have only lost 1.7lbs. I am going to take a deep breath and be thankful it hasnt been a gain with all the flippin baked goods I have been eating. Thank you Maria! I have however noticed some major inches that have been disapaiting from my body. I am going to post my before and after inches on here below.
Neck 17 Now column 16 (-1)
*wrist 7 1/8, 7 6 3/4, 6 1/2 (-1 1/4)
*forarm 12 1/2, 12 1/2 12 and 12 (-1)
*upper arm 18.5, 18 17 and 16 1/2 ( -3)
Bust 58 54 (-4)
under bust 47 44 (-3)
Belly 60 55 (-5)
lower belly 60 56 (-4)
Waist 52 47 1/2 (-4 1/2)
Hips 54 49 (-5)
*Thigh 29, 27 28 and 26 (-2)
*Calf 19, 18 18 and 17 (-2)
*Ankle 9 3/4, 10 9 1/2 and 9 3/4 (-1/2)
For a grand total of 36 1/4 inches lost! WOOHOO!!!!
and total weight lost in just slightly over 2 months is 28.4lbs I am ok with that. I wish it was more, but I am still waiting for the day the big woosh comes to the scale to get me closer to the direction I need to go. My first mini goal is only 14.3lbs away and I am determined to hit it even with halloween, thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years right around the corner. If I can do it during the holidays then I can do it anytime! I Have been taking pictures of everything this month, I swear when I get the chance I will be posting everything that I have made from Marias cookbooks. Lots of love to you all!
